LACLC primary focus is to educate, advocate and organize with communities for the empowerment, improvement and advancement in tenant’s rights for healthy communities, immigrant rights and community advocacy in health and education. A charitable purpose community services in agency, LACLC targets three areas: a) regulating the legal status of immigrants and providing naturalization services in a manner which is timely, competent and informed. b) Housing and environmental health, educating and advocating for healthy homes, legal services and education about rental-housing, work conditions and communities. c) Enhancing the family life of immigrants through educational programs that assist immigrant and refugee populations in the process of social integration and leadership.
